Every listing is a digital design file — 2D vector patterns (SVG, AI, DXF) or 3D-printable models (STL, OBJ, STEP), depending on the product. Nothing physical ships; you receive downloadable files.
Right after checkout, a download link is emailed to the address you used for payment. The same link is also shown on your order confirmation page, so you can grab your files immediately without waiting for email.
It depends on the product — most 3D designs include STL and OBJ, with STEP available on select files. 2D designs typically include SVG and DXF, with AI or PDF where noted. Check the format list in each product description before buying.
Yes. Files are designed to be used on your own 3D printer, laser cutter, or CNC machine. We can't guarantee results on every machine or material, since settings vary, but each file is tested on standard consumer-grade equipment before it's listed.
It depends on the license tier you select at checkout. Personal licenses cover hobby and non-commercial use only; Commercial licenses allow you to sell physical items made from the file. Reselling or redistributing the digital file itself is never permitted under any license. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
No. Regardless of license tier, the digital file itself may not be resold, redistributed, or re-uploaded as a standalone product. You may sell physical items you make from it under a Commercial license.
Yes. Check your Track Order page with your order number and email, or contact us at [email protected] and we'll resend your download link.
Because files are delivered instantly and can't be "returned" once downloaded, we don't offer refunds after a file has been accessed. If a file is corrupted, missing, or doesn't match its listing, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. Full details are in our Return Policy.
First double check you're using software that supports the listed format (e.g. a slicer for STL, a vector editor for SVG). If it still won't open, email us at [email protected] with the product name and your software, and we'll help troubleshoot or send a fixed file.
No expiration — your download link stays valid, and you're welcome to re-download your purchased files any time if you need them again.

No — Midnight Grove Studio is digital-only. Every product in our shop is a downloadable design file, not a physical item.
