Digital Files Are Generally Non-Refundable

Because every product on Midnight Grove Studio is a digital design file delivered instantly by download, purchases are non-refundable once a file has been downloaded — a download can't be "returned" the way a physical item can.

When We Will Make It Right

We'll gladly issue a replacement file or a full refund if:

The file is corrupted or fails to download correctly
The file you received doesn't match the product listing
You were charged in error or charged twice for the same order

Just email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue within 14 days of purchase, and we'll sort it out quickly.

Accidental Purchases

If you purchased the wrong file and haven't downloaded it yet, contact us right away at [email protected] — we can usually cancel and refund an order before the download link has been accessed.

Commercial License Upgrades

If you purchased a Personal license and later want to upgrade to Commercial, contact us — we'll credit your original purchase toward the upgrade rather than charging you twice.
