Overview

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital design files sold by Midnight Grove Studio, operated by Cobalt Peak Holdings LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

What You're Purchasing

All products sold on this site are digital design files (2D vector files and 3D-printable models) delivered by download. No physical goods are shipped.

License Terms

Each purchase grants a license to use the file, not ownership of the underlying design. A Personal license permits use for your own non-commercial projects. A Commercial license, where offered, additionally permits selling physical items made from the file. Under either license, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or re-upload the digital file itself as a standalone product, whether modified or unmodified.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Download access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Intellectual Property

All design files remain the intellectual property of Midnight Grove Studio / Cobalt Peak Holdings LLC. Purchasing a file grants a license as described above, not a transfer of copyright.

Limitation of Liability

Files are provided as-is. Midnight Grove Studio is not responsible for print failures, material costs, machine damage, or other outcomes resulting from your use of a file on your own equipment.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
